VST Sensors SRS Procedure

Check customer return and book in repair as per VM3COP29.09

Visually check cells and perform spot test of output voltage using the VST cells multimeter and the appropriate attachment.

Cells with a definite known fault may then be added to an RMA box.

Add notes to SRS detailing serial numbers of sensors and the number of the RMA box for traceability.

Cells with unknown faults to be passed on to an engineer for further testing.

Cells returned from engineers must then be added to an RMA if faulty.

Cells out of warranty or not faulty should be held pending a decision from the customer, return to the customer or dispose of.
